1. Service use
You must use the app lawfully and are responsible for maintaining account credentials and device security.
2. Medical disclaimer
Juniper - Baby Diary supports personal tracking and organization. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed through your app marketplace account. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and cancellation terms are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
4. Account and data termination
You can request account deletion and data deletion as described at /account-deletion.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twosquares is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
