Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of Juniper - Baby Diary can request account deletion or selective data deletion.

Option 1: Delete your full account

  1. Open Juniper - Baby Diary and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings and choose the account deletion flow.
  3. Confirm deletion when prompted.
  4. If you cannot access the app, email hello@twosquares.co.uk from your account email with subject Account Deletion Request.

Option 2: Delete specific data only

You can remove specific data without deleting your account. This includes baby profiles, routine entries, notes, and other event logs.

  1. Open the relevant screen in the app and use in-app delete actions.
  2. For assistance, email hello@twosquares.co.uk with subject Data Deletion Request and list what to remove.

What is deleted and what may be retained

  • Deleted: account profile data, baby profiles, routine logs, notes, and linked app content for the deleted account.
  • Retained where required: limited billing or compliance records for legal, tax, fraud, or security obligations.
  • Typical request handling time: within 30 days from verified request receipt.
